As a member of our Business Change team, you’ll be responsible for gathering, analysing, and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions that streamline processes and drive organisational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements related to Salesforce implementations.
  • Analyse and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables for Salesforce projects.
  • Configure and customise Salesforce applications to meet business process needs using declarative tools.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to refine and improve Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users on Salesforce features and functionalities.
  • Create and maintain documentation including process flows, data models, and training materials.
  • Assist in data migration and integration efforts between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Monitor and report on Salesforce system performance and usage metrics.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

The Salesforce Analyst will define/design business processes with key stakeholders, will document business requirements in the form of user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria and will ensure that stakeholder comms and engagement is at the forefront of all activities undertaken.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
  • Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications using declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow Builder, Reports & Dashboards).
  • Experience with Salesforce data management, including data migration, data cleansing, and data integration.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and industry standards related to CRM processes and automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions within Salesforce applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training and support.
  • Experience in creating documentation including process flows, data models, and training materials.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and keep abreast of Salesforce updates and new features.
