As a member of our Business Change team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the configuration, customisation, and integration of Salesforce solutions to align with business objectives and optimise system functionality.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce administrators and developers in configuring and customising Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement Salesforce system enhancements and new features to support business processes and objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and maintain high standards of development.
- Oversee Salesforce data management, including data migration, integration, and maintenance of data integrity.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with end users to gather feedback and refine Salesforce configurations.
- Create and maintain documentation including process flows, technical specifications, and training materials.
- Monitor Salesforce system performance and usage, and implement optimisations and improvements as needed.
- Stay updated on Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to provide recommendations for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of Salesforce projects within scope and budget.

To be successful, you'll need a deep expertise in Salesforce configuration and customisation, strong leadership skills to oversee teams, and the ability to effectively translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration and customisation using declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow Builder, Workflow Rules).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams of Salesforce administrators and developers.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, including data integration, migration, and maintenance.
- Ability to gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing Salesforce system enhancements and new features to align with business goals.
- Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and industry standards, and ability to ensure adherence to these practices.
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects within scope and budget.
- Ability to stay updated on Salesforce updates, new features, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement system improvements.
