As a member of our Customer Success team you’ll lead the post-sale experience for our customers. As our customers’ central point of contact, you’ll champion their needs, share deep product knowledge, provide innovative solutions, and build relationships that show our customers what “winning together” truly means.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet client needs, leveraging Salesforce standard functionalities and customisations.
  • Lead workshops and meetings to demonstrate Salesforce capabilities, gather requirements, and facilitate solution design sessions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including business process flows, requirements documents, and solution design documents.
  • Manage Salesforce implementations from initiation to deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Configure Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud to optimise business processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to execute technical configurations and integrations.
  • Perform data migration activities to ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to Salesforce.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

To be successful, you'll need experience in Salesforce configuration and customisation, strong communication skills for client interaction, and the ability to lead projects from requirements gathering through deployment with a focus on delivering effective Salesforce solutions.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customisation, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Experience gathering and analysing business requirements to design Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Ability to lead workshops and meetings to demonstrate Salesforce capabilities and facilitate solution design sessions.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee Salesforce implementations from initiation to deployment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and industry standards related to CRM processes, workflows, and data management.
  • Experience with Salesforce data migration, integration, and reporting capabilities.
  • Capability to provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new Salesforce technologies and stay updated with platform updates and features.
