As a member of our Customer Success team you’ll lead the post-sale experience for our customers. As our customers’ central point of contact, you’ll champion their needs, share deep product knowledge, provide innovative solutions, and build relationships that show our customers what “winning together” truly means.
To be successful, you'll need experience in Salesforce configuration and customisation, strong communication skills for client interaction, and the ability to lead projects from requirements gathering through deployment with a focus on delivering effective Salesforce solutions.
